On Wednesday, February 16th, I was in need of Sewage Extraction and Decontamination services. As a single senior woman, I was getting bids to over $11,000 dollars to remove raw sewage from my crawlspace which caused plumbing from toilets and shower to detach because of the weight the backed up sewage line under the house. Hugo Myron, Project Manager was so reassuring, approachable and professional (he knows what he is doing). Hugo assessed the situation and explained what would be done, how it would be done, and why there were certain steps to the process. This was very reassuring to understand the process and also know the time frame in which things would be happening. (As I had to get a plumber to fix the toilets and shower and also deal with the cause of the sewage damage; while also working with my insurance claim department.) IDEAL Restoration's rates were realistic (a little over what I could afford but not out of the Ball Park!) Hugo's team were hard working, professional and very reassuring. The second time they came and extracted again and performed the decontamination to eliminate the possibility of bacterial or microbial contamination. All this was synchronized with work being done by a contractor and plumbers. I was able to contact IDEAL Restoration on the Internet, e-mail and cell phone. This company, I later learned while trying to place my comments on their website is owned by a woman _ NO WONDER their customer service, company representative, employees and charges are Realistic, Concise, while being both reassuring and cooperative in every way!!! Thank you for being out there and doing what you do in such a caring manner!!
