Ideal Restoration

Ideal Restoration showed up immediately to investigate my leaking water problem. Gabriel and Juan did an outstanding job finding the source of the water leak in my condo. They were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and explained all the necessary steps they would be taking. They also gave me a time frame as to how long each step would take. Most impressive was before they even started to work, they made sure everything was protected so as not to cause any damage to my property. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again. My sincere thanks to Ideal Restoration.

I am forever indebted to the crew of Ideal Restoration for going ABOVE and BEYOND their job duties after my apartment was destroyed in a massive 5-alarm fire in San Francisco on 12/22/11. I have a cat that somehow survived the fire and was hiding in the destroyed building, and I was at the apartment every single day pestering the Ideal crew until we got her back 8 days after the fire! We were not allowed to enter the building and the crew members from Ideal took time away from their assigned duties every single day to listen to my frustrations of trying to save my cat, put out food for her, and even learn how to set up a cat trap to be put in the building so we could save her. HUGE shout out to Brodie and Hugo in particular who were the BIGGEST help to me, and 8 days after the fire Brodie brought my trapped kitty out of the destroyed building with the biggest smile on his face that he was able to help me rescue her. It was not part of their assignment to assist me with capturing my cat, or even to help me salvage pictures and documents from my apartment, but the crew at Ideal go above and beyond to help people that have just been devastated by an immense tragedy and have lost everything...they treat you and your most beloved items (for me it was my cat!) with respect and care, and go out of their way to help and support people during these difficult tragedies. I will remain forever grateful to Ideal Restoration for reuniting me with my kitty, and hope Brodie and Hugo get huge bonuses for everything they've done for me! :)
